Nice camera but I wish I could give it 3.5 stars
This camera has taught me so much about photography and it gave me plenty of useful practice before upgrading to a DSLR (Canon EOS 60D). I have taken some pretty nice shots with it and the articulating screen is a godsend which allowed me to hold the camera low to the ground without straining my back. The only drawbacks are: Less than one fps(frames per second) and it's tough to get a good depth of field; both problems are to be expected from a compact point-and-shoot camera. Also, if you wanna use the vaunted "HD" video, you absolutely, positively have to buy a Class 10 SDHC card. I say again: You HAVE to buy a Class 10 SDHC card. I had this camera for three months and gave up on shooting video until I was told to get a Class 10 card. Now I can say that the video quality is excellent!
